At Poppy & Peonies, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
